problem including your name, the name of the affected item(s) and a member
of our team will look into it.
- Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault. We may not be able to provide a refund if you do.
- Please do not discard any item unless we direct you to do so.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Unfortunately, our sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
- Please inform us within 24hours after finding the error or fault. We don't accepts returns, refunds or exchanges.
